I had the opportunity to sit and talk with the first African American woman to be admitted into the University of Georgia back in February, 2018. 

Kendall Burton fell in love with the game of softball and never stopped loving it even after multiple surgeries, a stroke, and being denied opportunities to play softball at different universities.
